Violating our Code of Conduct may result in immediate suspension or deletion of your account, without warning.

4. Content Ownership and License

You retain ownership of any content you upload, including text and photos. However, by uploading content, you grant Rooted & Ready a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display and distribute this content solely to facilitate matches and showcase your profile to other users on the platform.

You warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all photos and content you upload, and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights.

5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• "As Is" Service: Rooted & Ready is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee match compatibility, success rate, or the accuracy of other users' profile information.
• Offline Conduct: We do not conduct background checks on our users. You are responsible for taking appropriate precautions when communicating with or meeting other members offline.
• Liability Limit: In no event shall Rooted & Ready, its owners, or employees be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform.

6. Termination

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to terminate or suspend your account at any time and for any reason, including violation of these terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the Profile settings.
