• Provide personal suggestions and match recommendations based on your preferences.
• Enable direct messaging and communication between matched members.
• Send you transactional emails and notifications (such as when you receive a message, when someone expresses interest, or when a mutual match is created).
• Verify accounts and maintain a safe community environment.
• Provide support and respond to your tickets.

3. Data Sharing and Protection

Your profile information and photos are visible to other registered users of Rooted & Ready to facilitate matchmaking. We implement industry-standard security measures (including SSL encryption and secure password hashing) to protect your data.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We only share your data with service providers who help us run the app (such as email dispatch services or hosting providers), and only to the extent necessary to perform their services.

4. Your Rights and Data Deletion

You maintain full control over your data. At any time, you can:

• Review and update your profile details and preferences through the Profile Edit panel.
• Delete uploaded photos.
• Delete your account completely. Account deletion permanently removes your profile, photos, and matching history from our active databases.
